CEP / Pick-to-Order

APPLICATION 03

Pick-to-Order

Pick-to-Order

Pick-to-Order

Multiple sales orders processed in parallel across multiple destination pallets, resilient to chaotic order flow.

From multiple pallets in bulk storage or from conveyor belts to multiple pallets or load carriers. Less sequencing, fewer buffers, fewer wait times.

THE CHALLENGE

Unsystematic order flow impedes throughput.

Customer orders arrive with irregular frequency and in mixed configurations. Conventional order picking and palletizing requires substantial sequencing effort and buffer storage capacity to serve multiple destinations.

THE SYSTEM

Multiple orders, one robot.

The cable robot serves multiple target pallets simultaneously and assigns each unit to its respective order without requiring a strict sequence. This minimizes buffering and sequencing requirements.

Container Unloading
An unloading robot extracts the cartons from the container, while the Cable Robot Palletizer handles the remainder of the process
End of Sorter
2–8 branches with a single system, sorting depth down to the postal code level.
mixed-case palletizing
The correct bin to the correct pallet
CEP / Pick-to-Order
Pick-to-order for CEP service providers, picked and sorted in exact sequence.
Inbound-Outbound (De)palletization
Incoming and outgoing goods are automatically (de-)palletized at the same cycle rate.
Single-SKU to mixed
Homogeneous pallets flexibly consolidated into mixed order pallets.
