Depalletizing and palletizing of totes, SLCs / KLTs, drums, and boxes, even within confined brownfield areas.

An RCR1200 palletizes and depalletizes a wide variety of load units. It can access up to 100 pallets within its reach, making it ideal for confined existing layouts. Heavy-duty capability depending on the end effector.

THE CHALLENGE

Confined spaces, numerous carrier types.

Existing warehouses offer limited space, and both inbound and outbound flows involve highly diverse load carriers. Fixed cells are inflexible and consume excessive floor space.

THE SYSTEM

A bidirectional automated guided vehicle.

The Cable Robot services up to 100 pallets from a compact cell, (de)palletizing totes, bags, drums, and crates. With the appropriate gripper, it also handles heavy loads.
