THE CHALLENGE

Sorting chutes require dedicated personnel.

At the end of each sorter line, manual palletizing and sorting takes place: numerous discharge points, fluctuating volumes, high cycle rates. Conventional palletizers typically cover only a single discharge point.

The Cable Robot Palletizer accesses 2 to 8 discharge points from a single cell, palletizing according to any specified criteria, down to the postal code level if required.
